"The location was "ok" for a few days, but not great if you want to be closer to Chiba's more busier areas. There's a Lawson and Donki nearby, but really not much else. The ramen shop across the hotel was good, and if you walk past that, there is a small supermarket ! The room could have been cleaner, but I wouldn't call it "dirty" ... Staff interaction is very minimal, but when I did interact, they were all very friendly and helpful. The onsen and sauna were great! Give it a try. Just make sure...

"The staff were beyond nice and helpful. Transportation to and from the airport was provided along with bus times that were easy to understand and on time. Their breakfast buffet was phenomenal. They had plenty of options to choose from and were able to accommodate for anyone with food allergies if notified ahead of time. Would definitely recommend."
