"This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. "Loved staying at this apartment. Great location, close to many nice coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Very walkable area but also close to tram if required. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was located on a quiet street. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again."

"When we got there the woman who checked us in was lovely and we had no issues checking in. The room however was not quite what we was expecting. It was very run down and not as clean as we would expect. There was multiple hairs on the bed and only a single quilt for a double bed. The walls up and down stairs were all marked and it just seemed very unkempt. Not how we expected it to be."

"Stayed on top floor apt, parking nearby (3-4 min walk, currently 70 pln per 24 hours. Clean and comfortable. No elevator. Good location. Recommend Kolanko No 6 (5 mins walk) for breakfast as the nearby options (infeb). Good location. Slightly out of the way if you are with young children and plan to do lots of walking."

"Fatalne wrażenia. Fatalna komunikacja , niestandardowe oczekiwania i żądania . Brak wydania opłaconego śniadania i brak chęci rozwiązania tego problemu . O godzinie 10.00 rano sprzątaczka poprosiła już o opuszczenia lokalu . Jako że nasze dziecko jeszcze spało poprosiliśmy o dodatkową godzinę , na co się zgodziła . "We had a wonderful time in Krakow and Metropole hotel. The staff were brilliant, so helpful in terms of advice and help with luggage. The hotel is convenient for the Jewish area, the old town and transport links (Train and trams) Breakfast was good and we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the rooms were quiet. "

"We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all really nice and helpful. They organised trips and taxis for us and looked after our luggage when we arrived early from the airport and left late for our flight home. We would certainly stay there again."

"Was unsure to book due to mixed reviews however due to price and location decided to go for it. So glad we did, great hotel. Quite, nicely decorated rooms and excellent location. Good choice of breakfast options and would recommend. If there is one negative I’d say it would have been nice to have a kettle but honestly, that’s it. "

"It was great to find an aparthotel that had staff on hand during the day. I was able to drop my bags off early and have questions answered. The staff were very helpful. The accommodations have such character and I was glad they had a room for solo travellers. The area is great for food and drink - I ate so well at many places nearby. It was easy to connect with other areas of Krakow by tram stops within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
