"We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all really nice and helpful. They organised trips and taxis for us and looked after our luggage when we arrived early from the airport and left late for our flight home. We would certainly stay there again."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers and trips. Organised lunch boxes to replace breakfast when on trips. The restaurant next door was convenient. It is within 15 mins walk of most tourist areas. The rooms were clean, tidy and serviced everyday. Little bit of noise ftom other guests, but what hotel doesnt. Overall very pleased we chose this hotel."

"Was unsure to book due to mixed reviews however due to price and location decided to go for it. So glad we did, great hotel. Quite, nicely decorated rooms and excellent location. Good choice of breakfast options and would recommend. If there is one negative I’d say it would have been nice to have a kettle but honestly, that’s it. "

"It was great to find an aparthotel that had staff on hand during the day. I was able to drop my bags off early and have questions answered. The staff were very helpful. The accommodations have such character and I was glad they had a room for solo travellers. The area is great for food and drink - I ate so well at many places nearby. It was easy to connect with other areas of Krakow by tram stops within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
