The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. "My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we visited Krakow last year. The options available for the breakfast buffet were plentiful and delicious. I slipped during one of the city tours and sprained my knee. The receptionist staff member and his colleagues went above and beyond to call a cab to get me to the hospital and reserved the hotel room for the additional days as I had postpone my return trip. Thank you for very much to the staff member on duty in the early week of November 2024! They went above and beyond in making sure that we were well cared for and comfortable! Thanks again!"
