"The property was beautiful but really lacked the attention to detail of a true 5 star hotel. The shower was very outdated and the drain in the tub and sink basin were partially clogged. The furniture in the living room seemed old and somewhat dirty. The bedroom was not really decorated at all with mostly blank walls. The reception women were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely midweek break

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."
