"The place is a great stay for a couple of days. You can easily go to see the river dolphins from here and enjoy the town. The service is great. They even offer free Rikshaw drives to town. They also change dollars and help you organise cheap bus tickets to other towns. The food was great too here and the happy hour ensures you get nice cocktails for very little money. "I felt like I was on a glamorous, 1940s-era Hollywood film set of a Khmer village. Some pieces were dated, but that added to the old-world charm. The island is idyllic (borrow one of the hotel bikes!), but the ferry is finicky. A Canadian couple told me they never waited more than 15 minutes, but I spent considerably more time waiting on it.
