Find All-inclusive Hotel in Kraków

"Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Reception staff were excellent when Checking in and always friendly when coming and going but when checking out and dining I found them rather rude we inquired about a transfer to the air port and was quoted over triple the price of which I found elsewhere and when dining in the hotel it felt very uncomfortable as the waiter wasn’t very helpful and kept disappearing for long periods of time and it took forever to sort the bill out he also lost interest in our table after we didn’t order all the...

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "

"I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall."
