"Enjoyed a 3 night stay, staying in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Noise can be heard from the trams & traffic but the ear plugs help. There were a few issues with a faulty hairdryer & the tablet that controls the lights & aircon wouldn't recharge but there were some nice touches such as the prosecco & non alcoholic drinks in the fridge. The rooftop terrace & jacuzzi is a great addition & we spent a couple of hours up there enjoying the views on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The choice for...

"A lovely hidden gem outside of the old town, near the river yet only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Everywhere in Krakow is accessible with superb transport links so being slightly out of the old town suited us well. Everyone in the hotel is lovely and can't do enough for you. Rooms are perfect, quiet, well appointed. Special thanks to Aneta and the team who looked after us at breakfast and helped teach us some polish words! The hotel is convenient for the Jewish area, the old town and transport links (Train and trams) Breakfast was good and we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour.
