"Perfect stay to end our Japan trip! Free shuttle to the airport and very close which made everything very smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and the room was very spacious and clean. They also had coin operated washers and dryers which was very convenient as well. "

"My room was cool though it does feel outdated. Sometime AC wont give you full AC if you keep sweating while your sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay staff are very friendly. Their is a shuttle bus to airport but it's NOT FREE. Their is nl elevator for those who have disabilities be aware. I will stay again :) Thank you very much!"

"We had bad luck as all the shopping outlets were shut for annual maintenance (!!!). Still, we would go back in a heartbeat."

"Onsen, Sauna, and a fitness room. (Treadmill/ bikes, etc) Rooms are not cramped.Fridge/ Electric tea kettle. Water. Train about 30 meters away( Nishikinohama Sataion). About 30 minutes to Kansai Airport/ 40 minutes the other way to Namba( Osaka) last stop."
