Next to train station, so if you get a room facing the station it will be noisy from early morning till late night. Flip side is that you are next to the station, so its a quick ride into Osaka or KIX.

Great hotel close to Kansai.
4 staions away from Kansai airport and right at the station door. Great value, rooms are small but space is utilised well. Bed is hard at first , Downstairs restaurant open till 10pm very well priced meals. Breakfast was also good..

Had a cancelled international flight due to the crowdstrike issue. All the hotels close to KIX were booked and this was the next closest. Takes over 30 mins by train from the airport but the hotel is right next to the train station. Several food options in and around the station. Hotel itself was a lot more spacious than your usual business hotel. Was on the 2nd floor and I could kinda hear people's conversations outside. Something to be mindful about if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay and had no issues.

Right next to train station, very clean everything in general. Front desk staff able to communicate in english. Good price comes with nice room space, Japanese style breakfast, hotspring bath at G/f. Good tv feature allows guest to monitor the availability of laundry machines, public bath house and also breakfast dining space, very user friendly! Walking distance to a shopping arcade, theres Aeon/Mcdonalds/starbucks/chateraise bakery and even clothes store like uniqlo! We stayed during oct danjiri season, the parade is super fun!

Staff hospitality was so welcomed and pleasant. A pair of room wear is very comfortable. Sento was clean and awesome with selection of shampoos and conditioners. Opening time for sento is long which extremely good service. I really needed myself relaxed and recharged and I did at this hotel. Appreciate your great service !!
