"I loved the hot springs, was said it was one of the oldest in Shirahama. Boss lady was a great person, and she served with her heart to make sure everything was fine. Food was absolutely delicious! The fishes were all fresh caught by boss lady’s husband every day. All their vegetables were from their organic farm. The view from Boukai was amazing, very close to Beach. I highly recommend this guest house, made me feel like home vacation."

"I stayed for three nights. The hotel is clean and well ventilated. I was lucky enough to have a large and quiet room. The owner is very friendly and doesn't bother guests. But the only regret is that the floor noise is loud. It will be noisy if you live next to the stairs. I would come again if given the chance."

"温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。"

Pleasant stay

"Swissotel is very conveniently located, with direct access to the train station, so even with many luggages, you are just steps and an elevator away. but it is quite far away from OCAT. we didn't managed to find our way to OCAT so we stick to the train option (to airport) it is also linked to Takashimaya and Ebisubashisuji is just steps away, which also leads you to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. there were some hiccups after we checked in, but we managed to finally settle down in the 3rd room, thanks to the senior housekeeping manager Mr Katayama, who was quick to attend to our problem. the new room is much bigger with more amenities. it is clean and nicely decorated. however, the toilet and shower are placed within the same door. there is only a set of shower head above the bathtub so we have to "climb" into and out of the bathtub for showering, which is not ideal for many and can be dangerous. the water taps are the old fashioned type, one for hot and one for cold water, need to turn on both and adjust to get warm water. there was a day when we forgot to turn off the Do Not Disturb button so the room was not cleaned when we were back in the late evening. again, the housekeeping staff on duty was very quick in providing us with new towels and clearing the bins. thanks very much. "

"I have great experience with this hotel. Great services and also thank you Ricardo for helping us during our stay. Location is perfect. Walking distance to dontobori, namba stations and market. We traveled to other cities and the hotel stored our luggages, that helped us a lot not to carry big luggages back and forth. The room size is decent, we booked a twins room and plenty of spaces for both of us. Also the kitchen, we bought seafood from market and make hotpot. If you have large group, you can gather in the lounge, it is so conveniences. I will stay at this hotel again next time i visit Osaka! "
