"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"This is a fantastic hotel with the absolute best people working in Customer Service that you will ever find! "2 nd time here now nice quite room if you stay at the back as building works at the front they now have a restaurant that serves pizza ,pasta and salads and good breakfasts."

Wonderful boutique hotel

"The Ruby Louise is a boutique design hotel with nice sized rooms, comfy beds and a 24 hour bar which also serves as a check in area. There is a wonderful outdoor terrace as well which looks like it would be greatly enjoyed in warmer weather. It's very centrally located right behind the Madison Avenue of Frankfurt and a short walk to the more reasonably priced shopping streets and historic center with all its classic cafes and heritage buildings. Highly recommend!"
