The cleaning staff comes only when requested, making it a very eco-friendly option. One of the highlights was the bathhouse (sento), which stays open late and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. "Convenient location in a quiet part of the city. The staff have been most pleasant, helpful and friendly. They all also spoke English really well which was an added bonus. The front desk team made the entire stay memorable with their warm welcome and friendly demeanour. Very knowledgeable and helpful in organising things right down to the finer details. The rooms have been refurbished to a degree and is very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here even though the building is older and not as updated."
