"I had a great stay at Thalassa. It’s located on the small walk street along Sairee Beach that has all the shops and restaurants. My room had a fantastic king sized bed parked on a teak wood platform with lots of pillows. There was a choice between 3 breakfasts included with the room - all looked delicious. Nice place at a good price!"

"This hotel is beautiful. It is up the quiet end of Sairee Beach but close enough to walk in to the action. The rooms are beautiful - just like the pictures. The restaurant is lovely - great food and a wonderful breakfast assortment. Both buffet and a la carte. The pool is lovely and there are great Cabanas to lie on at the beach - which is basically private being that it is at the end. Would thoroughly recommend. Great pricing for what you get also."

"If you want a Robinson Crusoe holiday, Head Tien is as good as it gets if you still want an ensuite, a restaurant and a pool. "This hotel ended up being the most expensive of our whole trip around Thailand and actually the worst in respect of the condition of the hotel and rooms, it needs some investment to upgrade, area around hotel very shabby, lots of rubbish on the beach.
