"No question, the rooms are big and comfortable. The atmosphere is very sterile, more like a communist grand hotel than a tropical resort. Friendly waiters but terrible food (Thai food has little in common with real Thai food, Western food little with real Western food; and don't expect any fresh ingredients or fresh fish there!), large selection at the breakfast buffet but all bad quality (even the "fresh" fruit tastes of refrigerator).
