Great hotel with lovely staff. We were lucky enough to have a great deal on a pool villa, which was amazing and highly recommend. Beautiful view of beach. Great breakfast. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep. Only small negative was beach bars were never open when they were advertised to be. Found it difficult to buy drinks when we wanted. Lots of free water around. Great to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff wonderful.

We were here for 4 nights, starting our southern Thailand trip (couple in 30s) in the best way. Never experienced this level of service. Everything was just amazing. Great pools, private beach, good food if you cant bother the 10 min walk down the road (maybe bit more pricey but worth the view). Such a wonderful staff. Great gym and room was much more spacius than we thought. At last - free muay thai activity for beginners was really good. Big Thanks to the trainer Kim and his trainees from the resort. 🙏

Great hotel. Nice staff , the reception has a great team very nice and helpful . I liked the location, it's not the best but also not bad, It's not to far from shops and a short ride to the market. the room was big and convenient, very clean, there wasn't a bath but I liked the room very much and had a great view from it! I liked the pools and spent most of my time in them. I wish they had water sports like canoe or paddle boards or something like that but even though it was a great stay! I think it's one of the best hotels in Khao Lak!

Resort is beautiful. Unfortunately some of the facilities were not open at the very end of low season. Receptionists were not very helpful when we wanted to book transfers. Housekeeping came very late in the day a couple of times which was inconvenient.

Hotel location is brilliant, probably the nicest beach in Khao Lak. Our room was a seafront bungalow, which was awesome. Food & drinks are good and prices are not much different from the restaurant in the neighborhood. Pool staff needs to be more on the ball, helping people with the loungers and umbrellas, cleaning pool and beach. Some issues with smell from septic tanks in one area due to heavy rain in the beginning. Was sorted out quickly.

Clean, well presented and efficient. Have to battle for a beach chair… the Germans are out at 6.30 reserving all the decent ones. Often didn’t get one at all!

Das Hotel als solches im Großen und Ganzen ist schon schön - tolle Lage mit hervorragendem Strand und super tollen Restaurants/Bars die leicht zu Fuß bzw Taxi erreichbar sind. Auch eine Auswahl an schönen Pools ist vorhanden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort aber im Detail betrachtet ist es aber kein Hotel welches wir Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen würden. Der Service und die typische thailändische Freundlichkeit ließen bei einem Großteil des Personals zu wünschen übrig. Bei den Bars/Restaurants hatte man das Gefühl sich entschuldigen zu müssen wenn man etwas bestellen möchte, bis auf die eine Poolbar wo man im Wasser sitzen konnte. Die Einrichtung ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Massagen 4x so teuer wie in der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt an einem steilen Hang, heißt viele Treppen und Höhenmeter, hält zwar Fit aber für ältere Menschen sicherlich sehr anstrengend! Das Reservieren der Liegen ist zwar verboten, findet aber trotzdem sehr rege statt und wird vom Personal auch leider nicht unterbunden. Frühstück war o.k., haut einem aber auch nicht aus den Socken, von einem 5* Hotel kann man da mehr erwarten! Was man aber definitiv in diesem Hotel finden kann, ist Ruhe und einen traumhaftem und erholsamen Strand, den man lediglich mit den anderen Hotelgästen teilt.

Das Hotel hat eine direkte Strandlage, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Hier stehen auch viele Liegen zur Verfügung - allerdings ist hier ein rießen großes Problem, dass der Großteil der Liegen schon am Morgen reserviert werden und selbst bis 11:00 Uhr noch nicht genutzt werden. Das Hotel weißt zwar daraufhin, dass keine Liegen reserviert werden sollen, aber es wird nichts dagegen getan! Man findet sich auf dem Grundstück des Hotels, zumindest am Anfang, nur sehr schwer zurecht, da an den Schildern ein wenig gespart wurde und die Wege doch sehr verwirrend über das Gelände führen. Ein zentraler Weg zum Strand bzw. Restaurant wäre hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und geräumig, wir hatten sogar einen Blick aufs Meer, obwohl die Zimmerkategorie das eigentlich nicht versprach. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Enttäuschend und irreführend – kein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis Diese Bewertung schreibe ich nach meinem Aufenthalt, da die zahlreichen positiven Rezensionen meines Erachtens irreführend sind. Das Hotel wird mit 5 Sternen beworben, entspricht aber höchstens 2-3 Sternen. Allgemeines • Die Anlage wirkt stark in die Jahre gekommen und ist auf billige Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. • Trotz guter Strandlage sind dringend Restaurierungsarbeiten nötig. • Es gibt zu wenige Strandliegen, teils mussten wir am Boden liegen. • Keine Bedienung am Strand; laute Fahrzeuge der Mitarbeiter stören regelmäßig die Ruhe. Frühstück • Keine frischen Säfte, sondern Fertiggetränke aus dem Kanister. • Überschaubares Buffet, lauwarme Speisen, kaum Geschmack. • Positiv: Essen am Strand möglich, allerdings nur bei gutem Wetter. Abendessen Das „Special-BBQ-Buffet“ (20$ p.P.) war ein Reinfall: geringe Auswahl, trockene Speisen, laute Musik und kaum Optionen für Vegetarier. Service Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, jedoch schlecht geschult. Fehlende Aufmerksamkeit und Sprachkenntnisse führten zu wiederholten Unannehmlichkeiten. Fazit Das Publikum des Hotels scheint einfachen Ansprüchen zu genügen, weshalb der mangelnde Standard offensichtlich nicht erkannt wird. Die positiven Bewertungen sind entsprechend unkritisch und sollten bei der Wahl des Hotels nicht entscheidend sein. Für uns war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und keinesfalls erholsam. Maximal 3 Sterne.
