"We absolutely loved our 7 night stay and didn’t want to leave. The location is extremely peaceful with incredible views. Our room (honeymoon villa room 7) was spacious, comfortable and modern. "Best views on Koh lipe due to raised position. Staff very helpful with any requests we had. Not luxurious or polished but a nice quiet position, a hammock on each veranda with excellent views from rooms and breakfast area. Lots of steep and uneven steps to take in to mind if you plan to visit"

"We were disappointed from the hotel because we would have expected a little higher standard for the price we paid. The hotel has a beautiful location directly at the beach, with a dive school and Italian restaurant as part of it. We booked the Family Bungalow, which was spacious but very basic. Very loud at night as the wooden wall are so thin you can hear everything outside - late nights from the neighbors and a restaurant directly next door from another hotel. "The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending."

"We stayed in a bungalow. The interior is made completely of wood, which makes the room rather dark and very hot. The whole bungalow and the bathroom seem rather new. Cleaning service came by every day and changed the towels. It is very quiet and in a good location (close to the beach and walking street). "

"This place was great! Pick up and drop off from the ferry is included, which is very nice! Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. Our room was very comfortable and clean and included daily water new towels for shower and beach, plus floor mats! Location was very central and easy to find. Our room was facing the busy road but it didn’t keep us from getting a great sleep! "

"Absolutely loved this place. However, I missed not having any sun loungers on the beach to relax. The stairs were quite hard work to walk up as our room was right at the top. But the staff and the view was still worth it. We especially loved having breakfast brought to our room in the mornings."

"The water in the small private beach is calm and the sand on the beach and in the water there softer than other areas on the island, lots of fish close to the shore, even some shade over part of the beach and water in the afternoon. The ocean views from the cabin are amazing - you can see the ocean from bed. The staircases to the cabins are so clean and smooth, when it’s not too hot, you can go barefoot. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The back entrance gives quick access to the walking streets that have food, restaurants, souvenirs, tour operators and 7-11. Koh Lipe is a small island - anyone going to it should have the mobility to get in and out of a speedboat & longboat easily, & navigate many stairs and uneven surfaces. "
