"This is very clean hotel. I very picky on cleaniness and by far Ozo pride themselves of this standard. Even pool grounds were clean to walk barefoot. Pool always had guards watching. Location was the best: Terminal 21 was just around corner (3min walk) Pattaya beach no more 5mins walk. Many food options. Arts in Paradise 6min walk Hotel feels safe. There is guard at front gate. Room is spacious & had separate room w/ bunk bed for my kids. Love balcony. Sometime its nice to step out room to get some fresh air. Our family will book this hotel on our next trip to Pattaya. "

"Very nice hotel. Kids really like the pool. The hotel is connected to terminal 21 mall, which is very convenient. There is a night market at the terminal 21. There is also a Big C super centre that’s about 5-7 mins walk (it’s connected to the centre marina). Hotel staff are very friendly. Very good stay for us!"
