"The staff for horrendous on entry another hotel that lives by its own Policy and will probably die that way. Just because you have a 2 PM check-in doesn’t mean you should make people wait if the rooms are ready. Someone needs to teach these people about customer service. Not only Check In but check out. "I found rooms are dirty & dusty. Requiring wipe down on items/furnitures. Room is run down & in need of renovation. Staff are very friendly & helpful, like King & Pepe. Pool was wonderful giving kids 3 different one to choose from. Breakfast buffet is wonderful & lots of selection. Love they had golf cart to drive out to main road. Resort restuarants arent great. Too commercialized to westerners. Padthai was not authentic at all...too much ketchup. "

"Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet from 6am to 11am was wonderful and great for those lazy lie ins. 200m down the beach is a more local part of beach with reasonably priced food and good for a change"

"The Royal Wing was absolutely top notch. The room was an absolutely elegant traditional Thai decor , and so comfy. The food is great, the staff is amazing and so welcoming, I will absolutely be back here soon! Just a great experience all around.. and by the way, for those travelers who like a good strong air-conditioning (like me) in the room, these rooms definitely have it! You can keep your room nice and cool all day long! Overall, 5 stars all the way. Loved Royal Wings Suites!"
