"Medina is a hidden gem and Hart House is a reason to return. Place was full of character. We had minimal interaction with the staff,but what little we did have was excellent. "Overall had a great stay. Would have been 5 star except for a couple issues. Was not aware that there is no front desk for check-in/check-out, everything is done through email or texting. Also no microwave or refrigerator in the room, but there is a community kitchen. But even with those complaints was still a 4 star stay. Beautiful room, gives the feel of an individual apartment and not a hotel. Tastefully decorated. Nice quiet lil small town. I was in the Green Suite."
