It is a highly utilized condo and the furniture and decor is setup as such. There were some minor wear and tear items that need some repair but nothing that caused us any problems "

"The place fit our needs family of 4. You have a little bit of an ocean view which was nice. Towels available were 6 sets but washer was available. Kitchen had what we needed. We stayed 4 nights total. Ants were by couch but it was quickly taken care of with a text message. Check in/out process was a pain to be honest, not on same location so if you don’t have your own vehicle it’s a pain (which we did not, we used Ubers/Lyfts). You have to pick up & drop off the keys at the separate location...
