"On September 28th morning Saturday about 0800am , i called the front office informing them that the water pressure in the room is very low & there is no warm water . Until i am about to take a shower at about 1100am , its still not look into & no one came to inform me if the problem have been solved . "This photos and the actual condition are so different... Among all the budget hotel I stay before.. This is the dire condition that I ever encounter. Table in the room is already in bad condition. The toilet lock and lock in the room spoilt. Air con is splashing water. "

"The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "
