"Not a good hotel"

"A great place to stay in Klang. I would highly recommend."

"The basin tap and shower water pressure is so low. Don't get to enjoy it. Makes you angry when you are cleaning yourself."

"On September 28th morning Saturday about 0800am , i called the front office informing them that the water pressure in the room is very low & there is no warm water . Until i am about to take a shower at about 1100am , its still not look into & no one came to inform me if the problem have been solved . I called again & saying i need to take a shower before going out . Then only they start taking actions, bringing pail of water for my shower & etc . As it was a Saturday , they told me that the...
