Also, has a washer and dryer (the entire shower/bathroom is a dryer. We dried our clothes in there no problem. Just had to translate the proper settings). Bed is comfortable. TV was nice to...

"I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!"

"This hotel has a good location near the Ueno metro. It’s just 2 minutes walk from the station. It’s at the quiet side. Staff are helpful and responsive. Room is small (norm in Tokyo) yet well equipped with pantry and washing machine. (Though the machine in our room was not functioning properly) Convenient store is right around the corner. "

"Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book."
