"We loved our stay - the apartment was finished to a really high standard, e.g. smart desk, sky TV, boiling water tap. This meant we enjoyed hanging out in the apartment (and even cooked dinner in one night because we wanted to spend more time there). We loved the eggs and bread for breakfast too! The area is perfect - so many great food, drink and shopping options. We loved The Ben Nevis (especially their trad nights) for drinks and Five March for dinner. "

"Perfect property for 9 adults and 1 dog! Very clean and well stocked kitchen which was large, with an even larger lounge with log burner. More than enough space for us all to get cosy, play games and see the new year in.Location is beautiful but to note, 20-25 mins from the nearest shop. The pier cafe is great for a drink, coffee or food though, and the drive is worth it for the surrounding views of Loch Katrine. "The location to Stirling was great. Very quiet. Siri had a hard time finding it (not sure why). Also, we suggested to owners put their number of the side of the house which faces the street since the picture shows the front which is not the street view."

"We enjoyed this Scottish “steading”. It was a charming farmhouse attached with other houses. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when we first got there. The house was plenty big enough for the 9 of us. The only downfall was the very slow Internet. But that wasn’t the fault of the owner. The house was about a mile outside of town which made it a very quiet stay. "

"Lovely house and gardens, plenty of room for a family get together. It was nice that each bedroom had access to an ensuite or bathroom. The pool table was a great addition and kept both big kids and little kids entertained. We had snow while we were there and having the log burner and extra radiators to hand was great for keeping warm. Communication with host was great."

"This was a comfortable, cozy yet spacious and beautiful home away from home, in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. It is in a central location, not too far from Edinburgh or Glasgow. The sun room is a wonderful place to hang out in and the kitchen was well supplied. Would love to stay here again!"

"The stay was good, the night staff very friendly and accommodating. The day staff were very friendly aswell. The room however was a bit dated with cigarette burns in the carpet which i can understand not an issue for the staff could deal with. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm. The shower head fitting wasn't secure and wouldnt stay on the pole. The toilet seat was loose."

"The hotel was cute. Really awesome pub next door. The room perks were great. I'd say the only minus one this property is the closest roads that go by the hotel are taxi and bus only until a certain point at night. I only found this out from a local, otherwise I might have tried to drive there, which would have been impossible. Not even sure where I would have parked. "

"Easy to find, located just off the M80. Friendly, helpful staff & very comfortable room. The reception upm, bar & restaurant areas are very attractive. The property decor is a little tired in places & the car park has a few big pot holes which could do with some attention. "

Lovely Hotel Centrally Located

"We only stayed one night and chose the hotel mainly because of its probity to the train station (literally next door). But very happy that we did because the hotel is in a beautiful old building right on the historic George Square and within easy walking distance of interesting shops and eateries. Staff very friendly and professional. "
