"Overall the place was good. Kitchen is smaller than we thought and the dishwasher was hard to use. The panel on the front of the dishwasher was too long so you couldn't open it all the way to fill and empty properly. There was no extra hand soap in the bathrooms or bin bags in the kitchen which made cleaning a challenge.Location was fabulous and communication with the owner was great and easy. Overall nice place. Would stay again."

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....

"Our family (2 kids: 3yrs & 6yrs) had a wonderful time staying here. It's a beautiful, spacious and comfortable flat. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome hamper of snacks and coffee, toys for the kids, family board games and use of the huge and lovely garden. The flat is in walking distance of Stirling town centre and King's park, with an excellent play park for kids. We hope to stay here again."

"We rented The Lomond for 10 days in October 2024 while visiting family in Milngavie. All communication was thorough and clear. Check-in was easy. The flat was quite clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! The location in the pedestrian village of Milngavie is great with so many shops (including Tesco) within easy walking distance. West Highland Apts will be at the top of our list for our next visit."

"This property is beautiful and well maintained. The area is walkable to many different adventures around the city. We were able to grocery shop 5 min away and the school is about 15 minute walk. "We loved the location of the apartment - super close to the train and bus lines and very walkable to all the neighborhoods we love in the West End. The restaurants and cafes nearby were endless which was a delight. The apartment is quite large which is great, and if you are planning on working the wi-fi was one of the fastest we had on our trip. The only note I'd say is if you're hoping to stay for a longer stay and cook a bit the set-up is a bit limited (for example we never found scissors)....

"Fantastic location! Right in heart of Glasgow’s west end with a huge selection of bars, restaurants etc on doorstep. Subway 5 mins walk away to get to city centre etc. Botanic Gardens a 5 min walk away too. Loads to do in around area such as Art Galleries. This is a great area in Glasgow and highly recommend. Only 2 small downfalls with flat is it could do with some more glasses in kitchen and bigger ones and some brighter lighting in rooms as ground floor flat and not enough natural light...
