"We booked the executive room - it was stunning! It felt luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. One downside is the chrome cast on the tv didn’t work, we wanted to play music from our phone and watch Netflix but we couldn’t do this. The staff were great and someone came to our room to try fix this for us but no luck. They said the technical staff were on holiday so it couldn’t be fixed. It would have been nice to be given a complimentary breakfast or a discount for our next stay or just something to apologise for this inconvenience as we had booked the room just to chill for the night and with this feature being down it was a bit disappointing as we paid a lot for an upgraded room. Other than this our stay was great and I would book again."

"The room was booked for my daughter as an early birthday treat. She had a lovely relaxing stay. The only problem she encountered was when ordering room service for breakfast the following morning. She was advised when checking in that she could order room service for breakfast but when she phoned reception another member of staff informed her room service was not available for mornings & my daughter missed breakfast which was a shame aszshe ran out of time."
