"Just come home from using this property as a pit stop on my trip. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Took care of my needs when i explained. My room had all i needed. The bed was so comfty. I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was lovely too. Nice shirt walk to town. Perfect. Only one little thing i would say, which can be amended. Is cold draft coming from under the door. So maybe a draft cushion or a flap fitted to bottom of the door to stop all the warmth getting out and cold coming in....

"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. "Quaint B&B in the pretty village of Middleham with it's very own castle. The room was beautifully presented and very clean. The lady owner and her two dogs were very accommodating. She went out of her way on the second morning of our stay with breakfast when the village had an electric cut. We ate at the local pub, cooked by her husband. We were very grateful! Lovely to see and hear the clip clop of race horses as they came past the B&B in the mornings."
