"When we checked in, we did not stay in the actual Queen Catherine. Instead they walked us across the street to the three tuns hotel. I'm guessing it's part of it but they don't really make that known while booking. Otherwise it was a good stay and nice accommodation. Breakfast was good. "

"I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management."
