"We found the home clean, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen was great and housed anything you could possible need. There was plenty of comfortable seating and a table for game playing. The house is very open so we could enjoy being all together at all times. There was plenty of beds for all, and the mattresses slept wonderfully. Communication with the host was exceptional. "Over all we liked staying here. The home was nice and clean and sitting out on deck at night listen to the waves was lovely. Some things i would add would be a canopy for the deck for day time sitting. Things i didn't like was the walk to the beach it wasn't a far walk but up a hill loose sand with my back problems made it a little uncomfortable. "The house is small but it offers a lot. It’s the perfect place for a couple or small family to get some much needed rest and relaxation. The house is tucked back at the end of a canal, which is great for fishing and kayaking and conveniently located to all that Avon has to offer. "

"This house is in a great location but it is poorly maintained. The roof leaked, we were locked out of the only bathroom and it was not cleaned properly so we did some of it ourselves. It was not ready at check in time but this was not a problem for us as we arrived late. This could be a good house if it was better maintained."

"We thought this home on Avon was the perfect spot for our family; just a short walk over the Dunes to the ocean and a not too busy beach. We walked to the Avon Fishing Pier, souvenir, coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. The area and beach felt safe and it was very clean. "Loved this home. Beautifully updated, clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. I liked that the primary bedroom was downstairs and the kids were upstairs. Beach was a short walk, and the pool was great to have. Would definitely recommend the house, and plan to stay again next year. "
