"Hotel was fine, could’ve used a little sprucing up. The apartment we stayed in looked a bit more run down than the photos online. But the front desk staff was helpful, it had everything we needed, and it was close to a couple underground lines. "

"First, I must say how impressed I was with the staff. Prior to our stay, they checked in with me to see if I had any additional needs or questions. They held our luggage for us prior to check in, so we could begin exploring London. We had a garden apartment which was clean, quiet and a short walk to Hammersmith tube station. There were plenty of groceries, breakfast/coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Loved the location! This made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation."

"I thought the property did a well job. The property doesn't have a front desk. When you need anything I would send an email, and was able to get what ever I needed. My one issue would be the pillows. If you like soft pillows then you will be fine. "

"I had a great stay here. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Full size bed, kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. Place was clean, had an elevator and located in a great area near the train with restaurants and grocery stores. "

"For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. "

"Check in instructions are misleading. Got the code for the front door, entered the code, intercom said "door opened", but in reality it was still locked (upper lock)! Turned out that lock required a flat key, but to get the flat key you also need to enter through the front door! Ridiculous. Luckily another tenant (who already checked in and had a key) came after 10 minutes and opened the door for me, so I could enter and get my own flat key... What if I arrived very late at night - what would I...

"as a foreigner, this is property is fantastic that it is self contained, and also its very accessible to anywhere. the neighbourhood has almost everything we need, from food, to groceries, to shopping at Leicester sq to subway stations. 5 Stars!"
