"Great little hotel- especially for the price! Hotel Vienna was clean, had some nice touches, updated bathrooms, and a great sauna and pool. I felt safe and welcome here staying alone with my son. Would recommend!"

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. "The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"

"This is a very good option, property is clean and staff was very helpful and professional the swimming pool has potential but needs attention the tiles around the pool was extremely dirty and disgusting but other than that I enjoy my time at the location (will not go to the pool, unless they correct the situation) I will come back and recommend this place anytime "
