"Really enjoyed our stay here, staff very friendly and helpful, we stayed in an annex and its was lovely and clean, it would have been nice to have a small fridge to keep snacks and water cold but other then that our needs were fulfilled, and the views were breathtaking "

"It was a lovely hotel, with friendly staff. The room was beautiful, a little noisy from the room above on the first night of our stay (which kept our little boy awake). However this did not affect how much we loved this hotel. The food and atmosphere was amazing. Not to mention the brilliant location. We would have loved the tipi to have been up so will definitely return once that is in place. We stayed in the Loughrigg suite - A great small addition would be some coat hangers behind the door upon entry to hang outdoor coats but everything else was perfect. "
