The Dawson Hostel
1.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (6)
"Very convenient for exploring Dublin. Get what you expect from a hostel, 24/7 front desk which is good. Only small issue is rooms at the rear of the hostel are a bit of a trek to get to and back onto a nightclub, fine if you're in the club until closing which we ended up doing both nights."

The Times Hostel - College Street
Glendalough International Youth Hostel
2.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (35)
"The area was beautiful and the few staff we encountered were courteous. The bunkroom we stayed in had dirty blue pillowcases, fitted sheets, and duvets. This is a shared room hostel which is a great way to meet people from around the world. The wifi was so weak we had to either sit at reception or not have access. Just like any other hostel, you rent towels and strip your own beds of the white linens you place there prior to sleep. The building wasn't well maintained and there was no sound limit...

Destiny Student - The Point
2.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (70)
"Location was good, room was pleasant however, sold as a double. If it was a double it was very small!"
Destiny Student - The Point
Aparto- Montrose - Hostel
1.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (36)
"You get what you pay for. It was the least expensive of the hotel options in Ireland. Not that close to the attractions, but public transportation is easily accessible. The room gives you the basics. No tv, coffee maker or hair dryer. There is a coffee shop and a convenient store on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen on every floor. It suit our needs since we were out most of the time."

Times Hostel - Camden Place

"It's a cheap option considering its location within Dublin, but it was not comfortable at all."
Avalon House Hostel
Mercer Court
5.6 out of 10, (20)
"it is a very nice little spot for a weekend in town. i leaved in Dublin for 6 years before moving to Limerick, so i know the town well enough. i've stayed in numerous 5 star hotels during business trip and i think they are very much over rated. sometimes i just need a comfortable bed. this "hotel" feels much like a student accommodation. reminds me of the student years. it has all the basic setups, bed, small tv, desk and shower. the room is clean enough. for the price it is very worth it. the...

"The staff at the front desk were lovely. It's a minimal fuss hotel, which was great. There was a excellent coworking/lounge/chill space on the ground floor with a coffee shop. I loved having a washer/dryer in my room as well. Very accessible to transit with the Luas literally outside. "

Grafton Street Studios
3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (220)
"We had a great stay at this property. AC worked well. There is a lift. The area is fantastic for just about everything because it's on Grafton Street, a pretty swanky part of Dublin, with lots of bars, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other shopping. It's only about an 8 or 9 minute walk to the Temple Bar Pub. The other great thing about this property is the in-suite washer/dryer. It also has a full kitchenette with everything you'd need for cooking your own meals. It's an engineering...
