"Lorraine’s place is perfect. Off the beaten path, sometimes quiet. But so easy to walk to central places or to transport by bus or train. The rooms was spacious with everything we needed, and her service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, so spoiled being served to your room each morning. "

"Avril offered us a real bed and breakfast experience, meaning we felt like we were invited to stay the night in her home. We had a long interesting chat in the morning. If people want more of a "quick-and-easy" hotel experience, perhaps this is not the place for you. The room was beautiful with view on the sea, the house was very nice: we felt like the time had stopped for a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. "Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back if we are staying in Ayr again - I can’t...

"This is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in, this guest house is immaculate. The host are absolutely brilliant and the service they offer is fantastic. Breakfast is on a different level, everything you could possibly want and the young lad serving us was so smartly dressed and so very polite.
