"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....

"Overall the place was good. Kitchen is smaller than we thought and the dishwasher was hard to use. The panel on the front of the dishwasher was too long so you couldn't open it all the way to fill and empty properly. There was no extra hand soap in the bathrooms or bin bags in the kitchen which made cleaning a challenge.Location was fabulous and communication with the owner was great and easy. Overall nice place.
