Two of the three bedrooms have balcony access and the building has a small cargo lift, so you don’t have to carry all of your luggage, beach gear and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. The decor in the space is very modern and it was spotless in terms of cleaning. It was typically quiet except for the occasional heavy walker upstairs.
