"Great location in a vibrant area within walking distance of everything. Parking was in an offsite lot but free overnight and short walk to B&B. Excellent breakfast. Thankful for room fan as no AC. The room was in one of the adjacent buildings to the Fairview Hotel, but checking in was easy, a paid parking lot was just down the street and the room was nice. "The Gardens was an oasis in Killarney. Its gated courtyard was beautiful with lovely flowers along the way. The room was comfortable and clean. John and Sandra were the perfect hosts. The breakfast was more than ample each day, served in a lovely dining room. The Gardens was in walking distance of all the activities, shops, restaurants and pubs of Killarney. "Communication was great and the unit was clean. The property and other buildings were pretty run down. The supplies in the kitchen were slim at best. Couldn’t have cooked anything since there was really nothing to use. Not enough silverware without having to wash every other day vs using dishwasher.
