"Overall, def a 4.5 for the property as a whole. The fenced back yard was great for the pups, although it needed a good debris removal for several dead branches and such. And patio furniture showed some strain from weathering. But the layout of the house is very family-friendly and spacious. We managed to sit 6 comfortably at the little kitchen nook table that looks like it should only seat four. But it worked out just fine. We had a couple of repair concerns and the property manager replied...

"We stayed Feb. 20-22 with my husband, father in law, and 2 boys (ages 10 and 12). The house had more than enough space. It was close to town and very clean. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. "

"Plenty of parking and easy access to campus. Perfect place for family and friends coming in for the big game or for graduation. Housed is steeped in Florida memorabilia so this may not be suitable for curious children (or drunk adults). "

"Very clean and accommodating. Stupendous outdoor patio with a fire pit. We travel with our very well behaved dog and we all enjoyed sitting outside. "

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"
