"So my cousin and I annually take the boat down to Key Colony Beach (KCB), to fish (May 18th -25th). Let me begin that yes, we would rent this property again. The three rooms all had their own private bathroom. Master is on the 3rd floor with private balcony and the room is oversized. Washer is in the hallway, while the dryer is in the 2nd bedroom. "Our stay at 33 by the sea was great! The room layout was perfect for our family as it allowed the kids their space and us some privacy. Very clean with everything that a family can need provided from dishes to towels and laundry. The pool and private beach were very nice. Prime location made it very easy to key hop to the upper and lower keys. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, several activities and attractions. "Well appointed and beautifully decorated 2 BR and 2 bathroom condo on 2nd floor of the building (stairs) with everything you need to be comfortable. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo and enjoyed dinner in various local restaurants. Wifi worked great. Note that washer/dryer (2/load) is on floor of the unit.
