"Location Location Location! Cant beat it! Opposite Royal Yacht Club & The Baths Restaurant at Brighton. 13 min walk to Church Street where you can choose from numerous cafes & restaurants & cuisines. The room was extremely clean (very important to me) & Anthony at reception bent over backwards to help us in every way he could. BONUS: Price is very good too."

"For the most part the room was clean and well presented. However, there were several long, black hairs on the bed and bedside table and the bath tub had a film of dust indicating it had neither been used or wiped down for an extended period. Finally, there was no soap apart from a very small tube of body wash. One small bar soap would have been sufficient."

"This is a very good hotel. It's near a tram stop and shops and roughly halfway between St Kilda and Melbourne city centre (it's on a main road, though I wasn't disturbed by noise). The room was clean, spacious and well stocked if wanting to cook something simple. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and decent value for money. Staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and would return again. "

"Such a stunning hotel in a very quiet, yet convenient location. We had booked a stay-cation for a girls trips and everything was exactly as described. There were a couple small issues but after speaking with the wonderful staff, they got it all sorted for us. Would definitely be back."
