"Overall great stay. Our room was very nice, well laid out, clean and well appointed. Quiet location but easy to get to everything. 4.5 stars only because the "manager's reception" only applies Mon-Wed, not all week, like the listing says. The breakfast was also not as good as we expected. There were plenty of options but some were low or out, the toaster barely worked, there were missing condiments. They were not busy at that time. Based on the photos, we were expecting a much better...

"Requested upgrade and was granted w/minimal charge. No availability for late checkout even if you’re an elite member. Only needed 1 hour until 1pm. That should change. that’s the whole point of becoming a member for the pricks. Staff friendly and kind. Room was clean and inviting.Very nice hotel and will be staying again when I’m in the area. "
