"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. "Extremely clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception who are ready to help you every minute of the day. Very nice cleaning ladies. Staff in the dining room work diligently to make sure all the dirty plates are removed and clean tables are ready. Immediately replenish the plates at the buffet and greet you with a smile.
