"Great location great service, and great staff and also breakfast was excellent."

"The location of the property was the only thing it has going for it. The beds don’t have a proper sheet on it and you can clearly see the dirty stained mattress. They give you an old dirty brown blanket and I don’t know who you have to bribe to get the hot water running. We begrudgingly stayed one night even though we had booked 3 and the next morning packed up and left. It’s an old, run down hotel that needs major upgrades and tlc. "

"Great location and super-friendly staff made this a great place for a quick visit to Yerevan. The room was compact and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever used but it all worked and the breakfast, served in the hotel nextdoor, was good. Would definitely stay again"
