"This is an incredible hotel. As an American visiting Armenia, this will be my place to stay every time. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is perfect temperature. I have a 1 year old with me and everyone has been so accommodating. I just extended my stay here because… oh my god how amazing it is. "I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. "This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding etc."
