"AC didn’t get below 75 the entire stay. It was 86 upon arrival (in JUNE) and took over 18 hours to get to 75 and wouldn’t cool down more than that. Air filters were filthy. Bugs and cobwebs throughout the house. Guest contact did not respond until we got the help center involved and still was very hard to communicate with. Besides that, the house was as pictured and we enjoyed our (very hot) stay. A little overpriced for practically camping, but the kids had fun!"

"I brought my family here and we had such a great time. It is right on the lake, with steps to safely get in, swim and relax. No boats go into this enclave except for residents so it's very safe. Lake was between 3' to 5' deep. The hot tub was a great way to relax at night. The living area was awesome for hanging out and we appreciated the large screen TV when we were ready to relax. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our own meals, except for a decent cook's knife (most rentals are...
