It is brand new. Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend it! Many hotels nowadays do NOT service your room unless requested. This hotel DOES service your room everyday unless you tell them not to.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay from start to finish including how well our children were treated by various members of the staff. The hotel was very clean and this included our room. We met some great people and enjoyed the beautiful mosaic that really brings out the uniqueness of this place. We will definitely come back whenever we need accommodations in this area again.
