"This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and overall we were pleased with the hospitality and level of service. However, they have now switched to a buffet style breakfast as opposed to waiter service. We felt the breakfast was not as enjoyable as some of the breakfast items were cold as they had been placed in the tray for too long."

"Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shower in my allocated room. The receptionist immediately found me an alternative room and offered a sincere apology. "
