"Always a good property to stay at when visiting downtown Arlington, Texas."

"Newly remodeled spacious studio in a warehouse/industrial section of town. Was safe with brightly lit parking. Came with a kitchenette & closet space. Very clean. A bit noisy with thin walls and train tracks opposite of the property. Check in was smooth but front desk charges 2%for credit card payments."

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"

During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either.
