"Everything was great"

"The facility was hard to find given its off of frontage on Keller Parkway and behind Tom Thumb. No more refined address than 200 Keller Town Center. The Facility is nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The only problem with room was evidence of spraying for ants and a few ants noticed over the 2 nights we stayed. We will likely stay there again. "

"This was my first time staying at this particular property. Staff was really kind, friendly and professional, but the room myself and my wife were issued was not great. The room was super clean, but the bathroom door was not hanging right, it would never close. The shower had no door (weird), the room felt is as if it were not properly level. The floor (2nd floor) where I room was (238 to be exact) was as if we were on a decline and incline of some sort. We should have been given a better room....

"Easy check in and out. Communication with host was good, But I wish I knew there was a sunken den or living space in the middle of the house. Not so great for elderly or very small children. The automatic lights sensors need improvements. The bathroom and kitchen do not stay on long enough. Leaves you in the dark while in shower. To cook a meal or wash dishes was a challenge. There should be an override switch for these rooms. We did enjoy the outdoors "
