"Staff were friendly and helpful. The first night there was some noise on the corridor so sleep was disturbed. The second night was much better and I was given a late check out when I explained about the distubance the prior night. Accommodation was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Close to the train station, Trinity and other local amenities. I was given an apartment on a lower floor as there had been prior problems with the lift. Which was really helpful. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds. "
